The real fun part: Using the first hole as the 0,0 origin I use AutoCAD or a plain old spreadsheet to figure out the coordinates for all the holes to be drilled.

Then just drill at 0,0, lift, crank the handles 'til display reads the next coordinates, drill, lift, crank the handles...

Piece of cake and a real hoot as well, 11 holes drilled to as high an accuracy as the coordinate screws can handle in less than five minutes. Shit, a tool freak gets a hard-on for less...
