This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signifies an agreement between the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA), the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES), the United Nations Electoral Assistance Division (UN-EAD), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), to implement a cooperative project under the title of ?Election Planning Information Collection (EPIC).
