Sharing of Costs

Recognizing the difficulty of pooling resources into a joint project fund, the sharing of costs will be done in such a way that the tasks, rather than expenses, shall be shared equitably unless otherwise agreed by the Steering Committee. The costs of each member of the Steering Committee will be covered by their respective organizations, as will be the costs of the respective organization representatives on the Project Management Team. For project meetings, the host organization will cover simple hospitality costs. Shared costs have been identified in the estimated budget attached as Annex B and will be distributed equitably in a manner determined by the Steering Committee.
