Amendments

If an amendment to the planned implementation schedule or time frame in the Project Plan for the EPIC Project is required, the relevant sections of this agreement must be approved by consensus of the Steering Committee. Each organization reserves the right to discontinue participation in the project, with 30 days written notice being provided to each of the Steering Committee members. Should a partner decide to discontinue its participation, the departing organization will provide complete copies of work products related to the project to the remaining partners within 30 days of that notice. Documents that include the work product of the discontinuing organization shall acknowledge the contribution of that organization in addition to that of the remaining partners.
