Complete Understanding

Unless expressly provided for in a subsequent Memorandum of Understanding, this Memorandum constitutes the entire agreement among the organizations with respect to the project and supersedes all prior proposals, understandings, and all other prior agreements, oral or written, among any of the organizations relating to the project.
