XII. Planning for Ongoing Activities

In launching this project, it is expected that the corpus of information will become a permanent tool used by interested individuals around the globe. This information will require ongoing maintenance. To prepare for the updating phase of this project-when the project becomes a "program"-the Project Management Team will prepare an Appendix for the project plan which explains the approach and procedures for updating the information in this product. This appendix will be completed for approval by the Steering Committee by the end of Stage 3.
