If I told you I loved you,
would we ever talk again?

would you still be my  friend?

If I told you how you made me smile,
would you give me a chance?
If I told how you made me smile,
would you give us a try at romance?

If I told you I needed you,
would you give me your hand?
If I told you I needed you,
would you even try to understand?

So if I told you I loved you,
would we ever talk again?
So if I told you I loved you,
would you still be my  friend?

If only I could tell you
how much I really cared.
to hear and touch and feel you
I was only feeling despair.

I wish you could be here right next to me
at my side
If only you felt for me
what I feel for you inside.
Do you?.
