I’m 51 years old and live in the countryside outside Nykoping, a small town on the east coast of Sweden. I live there with my husband, a 17 year old foster child, a dog , 3 cats and a horse. We also have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren.
     Since early childhood I have liked to draw and paint but the paintings on this site is all made the last 12 years. That goes for all the design work too. For 10 years my husband and I had a company that designed and manufactured gifts in Marmorit (moulded marble). My design work has forced me to learn both drawing and sculpturing. We still work with Marmorit but now it’s more like a hobby and more focused on art work.
     The last years I have started to use the computer to make pictures. I constantly try to develop my technique and learn more about the programs. Mostly I have been working with Photo Shop. My eldest daughter, Frida, makes dolls and has a very nice web site. She has made me draw dolls for her and I have found out that it’s rather fun. It’s also very good training for using Photo Shop and Illustrator.
     Professionally I work as an administrator in a steel plant. I work with education and information which gives me lot of opportunity to use my artistic skills.
