fashion, realistic.' - Variety
QUEEN BEA...
The undisputed leader of her fellow inmates, Bea maintains control by constant
intimidation...until a new young prisoner, who uncannily resembles her dead daughter,
arrives and Bea is torn between motherly compassion and the threat of losing her iron
rule....
WARNING!
"You really ought to be more careful, Joan. You could get your throat
cut."
"Lay off, Bea." Joan's voice sounded more tired than offended.
"What's the matter, Joan, didn't you get enough sleep last night?"
"Go suck an egg."
"My, my. Such a temper. You get so angry when you don't get what you
want."
"I said knock it off, Bea!" Joan looked at her angrily.
Bea stepped over closer to Joan, her arms folded across her chest.
"I'm going to give you one warning, Joan. Stay away from Sandy."
"Yeah? Well what's it worth to you?"
"Well forgive me. I didn't know that Sandy was your own special little
pet."
"Just stay away from her, you hear me?"
"My, my, Bea. I had no idea you felt that you felt that way about her."
Joan sneered.
"You lay one finger on her and I'll break both your arms." Bea's voice
was sharp and menacing.
"What's wrong, Bea, jealous?"
Bea smiled. "Why, Joan, I was just thinking of you. I would hate to have you
have some kind of accident one of these nights. You know how easy it is to get hurt after
the lights go out."
