The need of integrated information-and control system

Marketing and sales divisions are intimately associated.
The company´s products shall be carried out in close cooperation.

Follow-up for established products for existing customers shall be executed for quality and custom order-agreements; additionally, customers´ wishes and point of view should be addressed and an adjustment made, if necessary.
Customers and supplier needs must be addressed in development of new products.

The relationship between the sales and marketing can vary in different companies.
Two-way communication between the both divisions as well as between the other area of responsibility are important.
